Your first week in SpeedwayOS
One place for the work. Reviews, check-ins, agendas, the Playbook. One sign-in. One roster.
Get in
- Go to speedwayos.com. Enter your company email.
- Open the sign-in link from your inbox — or type the six-digit code from the same email.
- You land on the Hub.
Don't forward the link. It signs in whoever opens it.
The tan background means you're in the beta. Same SpeedwayOS, and what you enter carries over January 1.
Start at the Hub
The top of the Hub is Waiting on you — everything that needs you, from every module. Reviews to write, check-ins, agenda tasks, Quarterly Focus. Nothing waiting? It opens on the modules.
Week one — do these five
- 1Read your Position CompassOn your Profile.
- 2Set your Quarterly FocusOn Outcomes. Set it or confirm it.
- 3Start a check-inCheck-ins. Start one with your leader.Leaders: start one with a teammate you're responsible for.

- 5Give a High FiveRecognize one teammate.
The side rail
Every page has one. On a phone, it's behind Menu. Your name at the bottom of the rail opens your Profile.

- Hub
- Back to everything.
- Outcomes
- What your position delivers, and your Quarterly Focus.
- Check-ins
- Your standing check-ins. Start one, resume one, or log one that already happened.
- Agendas
- GLOBE Call, Leader Call, your function and venue rooms.
- Coachingleaders
- The teammates you're responsible for.
- Roster
- Who everyone is.
- High Five
- Recognize a teammate.
The Playbook
How we do things at SM. Search from the Hub by what's happening, not the title — "angry fan" finds Win Back Fans.
When something's wrong
- Report a bug sits at the top of every page. It already knows who you are and where you were. Say what you expected and what happened.
- A module you think you should have isn't there? That's access, not a bug. Tell Mike Burch.
Help sits in the top bar of every module, beside Report a bug. The front door itself is covered in Help.
